My client is a Cape Town based technology company offering a variety of content based products to the Tourism/ Hospitality and Leisure industries worldwide.

The Night-time Onboarding & Training Specialist fills the following role/ requirement in the business:

  • Become a super user of the product and stay on top of all new feature releases
  • Bring new clients onboard and train them as required
  • Train existing clients to better use the product
  • Design course materials and other documents including handouts, manuals and exercises
  • Design training programmes appropriate to the skills needed
  • Schedule and perform training sessions for clients
  • Help develop, improve, and implement standard operating procedures
  • Onboard and train new staff 
  • Upskill existing staff 
  • Assist the Support team when needed

You:

  • Demonstrable critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
  • Have the ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences
  • Have Teaching/Training/ instructional experience
  • Have experience in Hospitality/Travel and/or IT Software industries.
  • Being fluent in a foreign language (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German) would be a huge advantage
  • Are available to work days in Cape Town for the first 2-3 months for training
  • Are able to work shifts - from home - this job is a Monday to Friday, 18.00 - 03.00 position
