My client is a small, successful family owned waterproofing, dampproofing and painting contractor. In business for over 20 years, their knowledgeable, supervised teams deliver effective solutions to the construction industry as well as commercial and residential sectors.
They are looking for an Office Administrator to join the business in their N'Dabeni/ Maitland offices.
This person needs to be a self starter who takes initiative and works without much supervision as the rest of the team are on the road a lot.
An experienced Administrator with some knowledge of Quickbooks.
The role would include;
- Sending out quotes, following up for feedback
- Distributing invoices to clients, follow up on payments
- Capturing supplier invoices for payment
- Answering phones and taking messages - you will interact with customers constantly
- General office administration
Will suit someone who lives locally, as office hours are:
Monday - Thursday 07.00 - 5.00
Friday 07.00 - 2.30
